SpinWin Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Online Casino Platform Usage Policy

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and SpinWin ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any service offered through the SpinWin website, you expressly and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on the SpinWin platform from time to time.

This Agreement takes full effect from the moment you complete the account registration process. If you are using the SpinWin platform on behalf of an organisation or company, you hereby confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

To register and use the SpinWin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Malaysian citizens or valid residents of Malaysia.
• Has never had a SpinWin account previously closed or suspended due to a terms violation.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other party.
• Not having any other SpinWin account, whether active or previously closed.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information, including your full name as shown on your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other requested details. SpinWin reserves the right to verify all information provided and may request supporting documents such as a copy of your identification card where deemed necessary for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one SpinWin account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, or device — is a breach of this Agreement and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds held within them.

SpinWin accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other supported local banks). All transactions are processed in MYR only.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for slot games and RM 20 for table games.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering purposes within the SpinWin platform.
• SpinWin does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used for deposits must be registered under the verified member's name.
• SpinWin reserves the right to cancel or withhold deposits suspected of fraudulent intent or of violating these terms.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for e-wallet methods such as Touch 'n Go, DuitNow and GrabPay.
• The withdrawal method used must be the same as, or equivalent to, the deposit method used.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the registered member's account only — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• SpinWin reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Bonus amounts that have not yet met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

General bonus terms that apply unless otherwise stated:

For Sports Betting, SpinWin reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started, bets placed using unauthorised insider information, or bets involving markets that were incorrectly closed due to a technical error. As a SpinWin member, you agree to take full responsibility for all activity on your account and to comply with all applicable terms. Your responsibilities as a SpinWin member include:

• Notifying SpinWin immediately if you become aware of any suspicious activity on your account.

• Multiple account registration.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the SpinWin customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding withdrawal conditions will be processed in accordance with the current policy. Eligible funds will be returned to the member within the stipulated timeframe once all security checks have been completed.
